This Document is delivered by Secerno Real Estate B.V. (“SRE”)Secerno HealthCare Real Estate Fund B.V. (“SHCRE”) and is for information and discussion purposes only, to a restricted circle of pre-selected individuals. For example, among other reasons, we may disclose or report such information: where necessary to authorize, effect, administer or enforce transactions that you request or authorize; to maintain and administer your account; to provide you with account confirmations, statements and records; to maintain appropriate archival records; where we believe that disclosure is required by applicable law, rules or regulations; to cooperate with law enforcement, regulatory or self-regulatory organizations; to enforce our customer and other agreements; to meet our obligations; or to protect our rights and property. As long as consistent with applicable securities laws and regulations, we may share anonymized account information or anonymized delayed order information with third parties (and/or share such information among our affiliates) for the purpose of analysis, research, market data compilation, product creation, establishing order routing and execution relationships, or for any other lawful purpose.

Finally, if you choose to subscribe to use the “Information for Investors” account in the website from SRE, we may disclose such information to the service providers as necessary for them to provide the services that you have requested. SRE requires these service providers to enter into confidentiality agreements with SRE that limit their use of the information that they receive. Such agreements prohibit the service provider from using SRE customer information that they receive other than to carry out the purposes for which the information was disclosed.

View, modify or delete data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can send your request for inspection, correction or deletion in writing to our Privacy Manager. You also have the right to order us to transfer the provided information to yourself or another party at your request. To be sure that the request for inspection was done by yourself, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with this request. We also ask you to make the passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN) unrecognizable on this copy. This is to protect your own privacy. Secerno Real Estate B.V. will respond to the request as soon as possible, within the legal deadline.

In addition to the right of access, correction, deletion and data portability, you have the following rights with respect to our processing of your personal data:

  • The right to withdraw your consent, insofar as our processing of your personal data is based on it.
  • The right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoongegevens).
  • The absolute right to object to direct marketing.
  • The right to object against processing that takes place because of the legitimate interests of Secerno Real Estate B.V. or a third party (depending on your personal circumstances).
