Kantorenhuis started building several offices around the Kronenburg shopping center in the 1980s.
In this way, offices and shopping facilities were built on the outskirts of the district offices and in the heart of the district
For more than twenty years Kantorenhuis, where Machiel van Duijn was the director, worked on the development of offices in the Kronenburg district in Arnhem.
The realization of the seven offices of Kroonpark is the crown on the work of Kantorenhuis in the Kronenburg district.
Kroonpark development
The original idea was to develop a large building on the site.
In the end, Kantorenhuis realized the Kroonpark office park, consisting of seven buildings with a total of approximately 25,000 m2 of office space.
A distinctive feature of the project is the public green park, which meets the wishes of the municipality and local residents.

Crown Park is centrally located in the KAN area (Arnhem-Nijmegen), an area of twenty municipalities with nearly 700,000 residents.
Crown Park is located in the district of Kronenburg district Kangs the junction of the A325 (Arnhem-Nijmegen) motorway and on the Pleyroute.
The Pleyroute has further connections to the A12 (The Hague, Arnhem-Oberhausen), the A50 (Zwolle, Arnhem, Den Bosch) and the A348 (Arnhem-Zutphen).
Crown Park is also loinked by easily accessible public transport. The bus station is around the corner, the shopping center of Kronenburg, which
one of the first major shopping malls in the Netherlands.
