Investments

  • Buying and selling  of investment assets
  • Initiate investments in Real Estate not requiring approval by the AFM (Authority of Financial Markets) these investments are limited to a small number of participants with minimal involvement of (€200.000, $273,000, £166,000) per participant.

Depending on the type and risk profile of the participant, whether the involvement is in an investment or property development the investment is in the form of a separate legal entity, commonly a BV (Besloten Vennootschap). This legal entity is the main contact person for Secerno Real Estate and is legally responsible.

Investment by DGA to release funds

This is a unique service provided by Secerno Real Estate to Company Owners and Entrepreneurs by a sale and leaseback construction.

Many company owners who are registered as the majority share holder have their pension secured in the company they own. Especially when their investment is put in the real estate of the company it is possible to buy the company buildings and lease these buildings on a longer term.

In this way it is possible to release the funds from the company. This is possible by hiring the assets to the company for a longer period (Sale and Lease back) to allow the company to operate with no consequence as normal.

Consideration is given to several factors such as Location, Book and Market Value, Tax Consequences, vision and mission of the business. Founder The Founder

With his 35 years of experience in Real Estate Machiel van Duijn knows diverse aspects;

from architecture, project development with construction companies listed on the stock market, private owned projectdevelopment company, to initiation of Real Estate Funds.

Before Machiel van Duijn founded Secerno Real Estate, he made his career as a Manager and COO with architects, developing construction firms and also as shareholder and COO of a project development company.
