Residence Diepenbrock – Arnhem
LIVING WITH PLEASURE IN A GREEN ENVIRONMENT
At the site of a former school building in Arnhem, Kantorenhuis creates Residence Diepenbrock .
The building consist of twelve luxury apartments and two penthouses (180-320 m2 ) .
All the homes have two bathrooms , Residence Diepenbrock has been nominated for the Arnhem Heuvelinkprijs for architecture in 2008 .
Buro Van der Goes from Hilversum is responsible for the design .
Favorable Location
The complex looks like two separate buildings . The central staircase and entry hall forge it into a distinctive whole. Due to the optimal location and the open architecture, all apartments are bright with plenty of natural light . An added bonus for the residents is a magnificent view of the surrounding green, rural area .
The location is central and there are many amenities in the immediate area .
Security and privacy
Under the complex is a garage with storage space available to the apartments .
The apartments are accessible from the parking garage via stairs or elevator, Diepenbrock Residence offers its residents optimum safety and privacy .

The garden was designed by Dick Huigens (Garden Designer) from Amersfoort.

Tall windows , monumental chimneys , red brick , dark frames and white lacquered doors.
The architecture of the building is based on classical principles and is designed with durable materials lend exceptional exterior elevations .
As a result, the building has been given a unique and contemporary look . A striking highlight is the penthouse of 410 m2 that covers the entire upper floor .

“Parc Hove” is located in the middle of a forest on a plot of 8,000 m2 .
The trees create an atmosphere of a special woodland garden and a beautiful water feature make the immediate vicinity of the complex an oasis of calm .
The bushes along the road to the rear guarantees privacy .

Under the building is a private parking garage and storerooms. From here, residents can take the elevator directly to their apartment .

Parc Ville offers five apartments in a unique location in Hilversum, hidden between natural green plants and trees located in the middle of the residential Villas of “De Parken”.

Designed by Inbo Architects from Rijswijk, Registered Architects .
The garden design was done by Dick Huigens Garden Designers from Amersfoort.

The architecture of the building, the layout and dimensions of the apartments enhance the luxurious character of the five villa-apartments ( 260-380 m2 ) .

The monumental appearance is derived from from the large roofs and characteristic chimneys. This is highlighted by the dark grey roof tiles, terracotta-coloured masonry and varnished doors .
The materials for the regal entrance, elevator and stair landings are of a refined quality and have an eye catching refined luxury.

Kantoorhuis realized in a so-called “Filling in” location in the centre of Haarlem the Parkhof project.
Parkhof consists of nine apartments where residents live quietly near the bustling heart of Haarlem.
